One of our favourite rooms, The Longroom has a beautiful timber Dining Table for 8 with a very atmospheric Victorian table light. Leather lounge, Arm chair and a great view through the Stacker door to the pool that can be opened right up to bring the breathtaking scenery outside in.  

With it's high ceilings and many original and replicated features, the Lounge Room oozes with classic style. The Red Leather Sofa is a definite favourite of ours and it sets the style for the rest of the room. 

Currently under renovation Bedroom 1 will become the Master Bedroom with an Ensuite that's going to be extrordinary

3.6m x3.6m with a Queen Size bed and  hints of blue, you'll have a great view through the garden window  to our own massive Moreton Bay Fig Tree. (door lockable with key) 

3.6m x 4.3m it's the largest bedroom with King size bed that can be split into singles. The Arm Chair makes it a great room for Nursing Mothers or those who like a quiet read.

Approx 3.6 x 3.6M Bedroom 4 has "Wainscoting" decorative wall panelling,  Queen Size Bed and  a Smart TV. 

With a Northerly aspect for morning Sun this Bedroom opens onto the Deck right next to the Pool. 

Take a long shower or a luscious soak in the freestanding bath and you might guess that one of the owners is a Horticulturalist by the amazing plants that surround you here.  

This clever space is a combination contemporary Bathroom and stylish Laundry which includes  premium washing machine and condenser dryer.

Tip: You'll find Pool and Beach towels  in the bottom  cupboards.

Not quite a room but worthy all the same. Great place to kick your shoes off (store them in the drawers underneath) or just a great spot to cosy into.

 Tip: there is a handy power point here to charge your device.

A brilliant place to stretch, relax and cool off. 

The Verandahs wrap around 3 sides of the house and the section that faces the garden is the largest at some 2.5m x 10.5m. It's here you can sit and watch some of the abundant native bird life that frequent the big Moreton Bay Fig.
