The  best available  internet on the  Rural Coast is Starlinks low orbit satelitte and the best way to share that internet is a Mesh WiFi network.

 JV House has both. Join the "JVHouseGuest" WiFi network on arrival and enjoy  Internet capable of supporting streaming, online gaming and video calls.

Smart Samsung TVs can be found  in the following rooms, Lounge room, Longroom and Bedroom 4. 

The Lounge room has the 65inch "The Frame" which turns itself into Artwork when you stop watching TV.   Netflix  is provided free for our Guests, Look for "JVHouse Guest" profile when starting Netflix. For all other Streaming services please login with your own account.

 Remember to Log Out when leaving.

A powerful, fully ducted system to common areas and all bedrooms. The temperature on all 6 Zones can be individually set to suit individual comfort levels. The easy to use control panel is situated in the Hallway. There are temperature sensors for each room near the light switch. 

Tip: Best not press the sensors button as this could switch your rooms Air off. You might have to use the control panel in the Hall to switch it back on.

Best way to enjoy our Bose multi zone sound system is first join the "JVHouseGuest" WiFi network then using your music app look for "Airplay" and then select one speaker or if you want to fill the whole house with sound then choose all 4 JV House Satellite speakers simultaneously.

Sleek, precise and powerful,  induction cooktops are also better than Gas for indoor air quality. 

Our Bosch Cooktop has many user friendly features best described by the user guide.

The Bosch Dishwasher is Super Silent at only 44Db and has the ability to dry plastics with its Extra Dry  feature.

There are Ceiling Fans to the Kitchen, Longroom and all Bedrooms. Remote controls can be found next to the rooms light switch. The Longroom has a wall control instead of a remote.

When everyone wants to have a shower, no ones going to run out of hot water. The Hotwater system is a  Evo Heat 315lt commercial grade heat pump with a combined capacity of  10.8Kw or approximately  225L of Hot water per hour. 

Looking after your Safety is a priority. Our intelligent Smoke Alarms can even talk which can

 help avert a noisy alarm event. For example: If  burning toast is detected, all alarms throughout the house will say "Smoke has been detected in the Kitchen" Switch off the toaster pronto and you'll soon hear that the "Smoke in the Kitchen is now clearing". If you  ignore the toast or there is a real fire threat then all smoke detectors will sound an alarm and also tell you which room the hazard is in.

An assortment of Board Games and Card Packs are available in the Longroom Games Cupboard.  For outdoor activities look in the  Grey Chest outside near the garage adjacent to the Fig Tree Deck and you'll find an assortment of Outdoor Game equipment.

A complimentary assortment of Teas and Coffee Pods can be found in the drawer below the Beverage Counter in the Kitchen.
